Cage Fronts:

Wades cage fronts are hand made and manufactured in the UK. Most items are in stock and ready for dispatch on a daily basis and we turn all orders around as quickly as possible.

 

However we will advertise all products in this category as Available online whether they are in stock or not - this is because we manufacture and supply the goods in house.


If your product is not racked please note that it may take up to 2 weeks (or longer during busy periods) from the date of purchase to dispatch due to them having to be manufactured and plated before shipping. If you are not prepared to wait this long it is recommended you contact us prior to placing your order to check our stock levels / schedule of work to get a better idea of delivery time.

 

Please refer to the Delivery page prior to placing your order as there are some important guidelines regarding delivery costs. All orders are subject to final checks and we reserve the right to cancel orders without notice should you have not followed our guidelines or underpaid on carriage.



Retunrs and Refunds


***PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL GRIEVANCES MUST BE RAISED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER. WE WILL NOT ALWAYS BE ABLE TO CORRECT ERROR / REFUNDS AFTER 14 DAYS***

 

Wades will happily refund in full any orders that have been cancelled provided the goods have not been dispatched.

If the goods have been dispatched we can provide you with the tracking number on request. Orders that have been dispatched shall not have thier carriage refunded.

 

All returns should be complete within 14 days of the delivery/receipt of goods and all items should be in "as new" condition. any damaged items in the return consignment will not be refunded as they cannot be re-sold. The customer will pay carriage on all returns at all times and we recommend they are shipped via a reputable carrier and we are supplied with a tracking number.

 

Please take care when packing you returns as Wades cannot take responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged goods. A refund will only be issued once the goods have been recieved and checked as per the above.
